Paxit is a hybrid work coordination platform that helps teams manage office attendance. The Service allows team members to check in via Slack or web interface to indicate when they will be in the office, providing visibility into team presence for better collaboration.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

8. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAXIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paxit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
